Last night was the Homecoming game at El Camino. The whole family went to the game, and by that I mean Kyle was selling programs with the other freshman players, and Kelsey sat with her friend for most of the game. :)The school went all out with a parade of floats around the track before the game, then the coronation of Homecoming King and Queen at halftime. After the ceremony, there was a fireworks display to rival Oceanside Harbor on Fourth of July! Quite impressive for a high school game.
Tonight, the boy is at his first high school dance. He went with a "friend." He says they are only there as a couple because the couples ticket was $15 less than if they bought two single tickets. Hmmm....
