Well, we have made it to the end of another school year. We are proud of Kels for maintaining a 4.0 gpa throughout her first year of junior high (that horribly lit/composed photo is from the 7th grade awards ceremony) and we are proud of Kyle for surviving his first year of high school. It has been quite an adjustment for both of them...new schools...new friends...but they both did well.We celebrated the start of summer with a barbecue with two families in the neighborhood, with whom the kids play and carpool to school. It was a fun evening and everyone seems excited to let the relaxation begin!
