- Made sugar cookie dough, rolled it out and cut several cookies
- Made some drop cookies and baked them all
- Went on a trail ride (Danielle, Joanna and Kelsey) or a pony ride (Ciara, Aidan and me)
- Cleaned up the kitchen after round one (Tim, Kyle)
- Decorated (or more accurately...tasted) the cookies
- Attempted to make homemade candy canes (and no, that was not successful, but it was close enough that I may try again this weekend, altering a few of the things we did to see if they come out better)
- Celebrated Ciara's 4th birthday, since we won't see her this week
Not bad for one day. The best thing we made were memories (oh, and a big mess - we definitely made that, too). Thanks for coming down everyone!
